Tucked in the rolling hills of Northwestern New Jersey, Bear Brook Valley is a private venue that hosts only one wedding per day. This spectacular, farmhouse-chic venue is located only 60 miles outside New York City, but feels like a world away as the moment you step onto the property you'll feel taken into a secret oasis. From the unmatched serenity to the innovative menu offerings, every detail of Bear Brook Valley was considered to create the ultimate wedding experience for today's couple.

Dream Team

As a venue devoted exclusively to weddings, it's our thing. While we have an extensive amount of experience in weddings, we stay open to learning so we can always keep it fresh. Every year we attend wedding workshops held by top industry leaders that keep us on our toes, tell us what's in and prepare us for what's coming next.

Unique design

Bear Brook's building was purchased in 2015 as a golf club, but was completely renovated into a wedding venue by 2017. Every room was designed with weddings in mind. The venue itself has an upscale barn feel, with small touches of industrial. Owners Perry & Michele Bonadies wanted to steer away from the typical New Jersey banquet facility and offer something refreshingly unique to today's couple.

A Hidden Gem Tucked in Nature

Bear Brook Valley is nestled in a private gated community in rural Sussex County. Among the lush grounds you'll find a heart-shaped pond, waterfalls, a vineyard, wooden bridges and trails that create an organic backdrop for your wedding with a serene setting for guests.
