WEDDINGS AND SPECIAL EVENTS AT HIGHLANDS COUNTRY CLUB

The Highlands Country Club offers a unique blend of romance and elegance in a country setting, just one hour north of New York City. Established in 1898, the Highlands Country Club includes a grand ballroom and several indoor and outdoor spaces that blend old world elegance with the verdant surrounding landscape to accommodate up to 150 guests.

The Highlands Country Club dedicates its space to only one wedding or large special event at a time. Every event held at Highlands Country Club begins and ends with personalized coordination and service from the same Event Manager.

Weddings

Your wedding at Highlands Country Club will be the sole focus of our attention on your special day. Hold your ceremony inside the Grand Ballroom or in the gardens, followed by photography sessions on the golf course, or throughout the grounds. Receive your guests under the 20-foot ceilings and breathtaking crystal chandelier. Begin the celebration with a champagne toast in front of the fireplace, followed by a three or four-course menu customized to your preferences.

Winter Weddings

Treat your guests to a warm reception…have your Winter Wedding at Highlands Country Club! Special “Winter Wedding” packages are available from December 15, 2017 through March 31, 2018 with a minimum of 70 guests. Your all-inclusive package includes an open bar, passed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, a champagne toast, a three-course meal with wine, and a wedding cake.

In addition, Winter Weddings qualify for value-added offers, including: waived site fee, a reduced, 15% service charge, valet parking, and discounted room blocks at the Hyatt House in Fishkill.

Special Events

With its intimate atmosphere, the Highlands Country Club is an ideal venue for special events such as “Sweet 16” celebrations, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, rehearsal dinners, anniversary parties, bridal and baby showers, graduation parties, family reunions, and corporate meetings and events. Smaller groups are graciously hosted in the rustic Tavern or light-filled Solarium, while larger events can spill out onto the Verandah from the Grand Ballroom.
