He has worked for Royalty, Presidents, Vice Presidents, Governors, Heads of State, Movie and Rock Stars & Celebrities. He has been a leader in the community and has donated a new kitchen to Freehold Jewish Center. He is a member of the Certified Catering Professionals, the National Association of Catering Executives and a consultant to Catering Today Magazine and The Catering Newsletter. He has taught over 700 caterers about kosher catering, at several catering conventions in Vegas and the Caribbean.
